CoveWater Capital (“CoveWater”) is a private holding company based in Wyoming. The firm will acquire middle market to sub-lower-middle-market financial services businesses, with an emphasis on trust companies in the western United States.
CoveWater is privately owned and will not solicit outside investors; ownership will provide capital, and CoveWater may partner with investors in its existing network on a deal-by-deal basis. With this structure, CoveWater endeavors to provide the flexibility necessary to meet each seller’s key terms and concerns quickly.
CoveWater's owner is a seasoned operator of multiple asset management and fiduciary businesses which are separate from CoveWater. Our separate companies respond the same day, offer personalized attention, and complete client requests as quickly as practicable. CoveWater will focus on applying this standard from day one at every company it acquires, striving to ensure continuity of service, seamless transitions, and protection of the sellers’ retained interests.
The owner's separate companies utilize customized software, apply procedures honed over decades, and place personnel where they perform best, rewarding results that sustain growth. Using these practices, we will aim to maintain or improve efficiency for all companies CoveWater purchases, as well as support key employees.
CoveWater understands the unique factors that influence transactions for smaller financial services firms. By closing transactions promptly and as agreed, CoveWater aims to deliver wins for sellers and substantial value for all participants in the long term.
